CTF-40 B 3

Nature : Powder free antitack

CTF-40B3 is the latest in Budget Champ’s range of powder-free antitack for use in the coagulant tank and has been tailored according to industry’s needs for a fast drying easy handling antitack. CTF-40B3 is incorporated with a special polymer compound to give good anti-tacking properties without the oily feel commonly associated with stearate-based anti-tacks. CTF-40B3 is formulated with versatile wetting agents and other stabilizers to suit the high speed production lines. It is specifically designed for use in production of dark-coloured NBR gloves without depositing any powder-marks. CTF-40B3 can be easily cleaned using our wide range of former cleaners.

Recommended operating conditions

1. Concentration : 1-2% active CTF-40B3 for nitrile glove Calcium nitrate – as per normal operating concentration.

2. Temperature of coagulant : 50 – 60OC.

3. Coagulant preparation

- Pre-disperse CTF-40B3 in water at a 1 : 1 ratio. Stir well and leave for 3 hours.

- Add in Calcium Nitrate solution and stir. Calcium nitrate solution should be adjusted using diluted ammonia to pH7.0-7.2 before addition.

- For best results, allow 12 hours before dipping.

- Warm up coagulant to 50 – 55OC to eliminate any air-bubbles and foam.
