FLEXICOAT 98A is an acrylic polymer dispersion designed to provide a smooth donning surface for rubber gloves. FLEXICOAT 98A is formulated to give excellent adhesion to the rubber surface. It provides a powder-free surface for easy donning and the coating has excellent anti-blocking properties.

Recommended Operating Parameters
FLEXICOAT 98A is easily miscible with water. During preparation of the dipping solution, mix well the polymer solution preferably using a stirrer at low speed before dipping. Optimum coating properties are achieve when total solids is maintained at 1.8 – 2.3% tsc. for coating on natural rubber.
