Zinc Oxide Dispersion 50%

Nature:Sulphur based vulcanising agent

AssoActi 50 is a 50% water based dispersion of high purity grade of Zinc Oxide. It is used in the Sulphur vulcanisation system of both Natural Rubber and Synthetic Rubber.
AssoActi 50 is manufacturedfrom Zinc Oxide Gold seal powder made in house from Zinc ingots. The raw material is hence of very high purity. The heavy metals like Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd) and Iron (Fe) are practically nil. This prevents an discolouration that can happen to the product.
The product is manufactured using most modern technology in highly sophisticatedmills. The particle size is in the ideal range to prevent any reagglomeration or caking.
The pH, viscosity etc are adjusted so that the dispersion will be compatible with the latex.
