Assocure SGJJ 50

Nature:Sulphur based vulcanising agent

Assocure SGJJ 50 is a custom made rubber chemical dispersion for use in the Glove industry. It is a sulphur based vulcanising system using zinc oxide as the activator. It uses the conventional accelerator combination. Non staining sterically hinderephenol is also used as the antioxidant.
ASSOCURE SGJJ 50 is manufactured using latex grade sulphur, high purity zinc oxide and hence very low in contaminants like Pb, Fe, Cd etc. These contaminants usually discolour the products and also manifest as dark coloured specs on the product.The product is manufactured using most modern technology both chemically and mechanically .Due to the extra purity and lower particle size it is possible to reduce the dosage in compounding, which other than reducing the cost also reduces the ZnO thickening effect.
